Alba celebrates Bahrain National Day with revelry

Manama, Dec. 15 (BNA): Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), the Bahrain-based international aluminium smelter, marked the Kingdom of Bahrain’s 45th National Day and 17th Anniversary of HM the King’s accession to the throne with a plant-wide celebration on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Oasis Hall, Alba. The red and white symbolic colours of the Bahrain flag donned the Company as everyone from the Executive Management, Directors, managers and employees participated in the celebrations. Bahrain flags and traditional Bahraini sweets as well as festive confections were distributed to everyone present. Speaking on this joyous occasion, Alba’s Chief Financial Officer, Ali Al Baqali said: "Since its establishment more than four decades ago, Alba has achieved many accolades and attained success which has been only possible due to the vision and continuous support of Bahrain’s Leadership and the Government of Bahrain. Our National Day celebration is one such event through which we, at Alba, can express our gratitude to everyone for their continuous support. I also take this opportunity to thank our employees for their loyalty and contribution towards Alba’s success." Alba will extend its National Day celebrations with a spectacular Family Day event at Adhari Park which will be held on Sunday December 18, 2016 where employees along with their families will spend a day full of fun activities and games.
