All pardoned inmates and those covered in the alternative punishments released

Manama, Mar.19 (BNA): As part of the Royal decree of pardoning and alternative penalties for 1486 inmates, the General Director of Reformation and Rehabilitation revealed on Tuesday that the medical checkup had been completed, including the coronavirus test to all included in the gesture. He said that the tests were negatives for all of them, in which legal proceedings were taken and they were released. It clarified that the General Directorate of Reformation and Rehabilitation is a law enforcement body and is committed to implementing the clauses of the law of the reformation and rehabilitation organisation, assuring providing the required health services for all inmates.
