Ambassador attends ceremony in Brussels

Brussels, Feb.3 (BNA): The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and representative to the European Union and NATO, Dr. Bahia Jawad Al Jishi took part in an annual ceremony held by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen in Brussels, the Kingdom of Belgium. Dr. Bahia Jawad Al Jishi congratulated the resident of the European Commission on the New Year and on her appointment in the European Union as the first woman in this crucial position, wishing her success in her duties. Dr. Al Jishi expressed her aspirations for further cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the EU and for further exchange in fields of interest and priority to both sides
