Ambassador in Rome meets Italian officials

Manama, Feb. 16 (BNA): The Ambassador to Italy Dr. Nasser Mohammed Al-Balushi met with the Secretary General of the General Labor Union, Paolo Capone. The two sides reviewed the bilateral relations and cooperation, discussing means of further strengthening coordination for the benefit of both countries and people. On the sidelines of the ambassador’s visit to Turin, he met the President of the Chamber of Commerce in Turin, Dario Galina, in the presence of the Italy Country Manager at Bahrain Economic Development Board, Davide Allegra, where they discussed enhancing economic and financial cooperation between Bahrain and Italy. Dr. Al-Balushi briefed the representatives of the business, industry, trade and investment community in the Italian city of Turin on developments in the business environment and investment opportunities in the Kingdom. He met the President of the Confederation of Industries in Turin, Giorgio marsiaj, Angelo Capetti, the President of Humanitas Cellini, Fabio Marchi, the President of Lavazza company, Marco Lavazza, the CEO of Ferrino, Anna Ferrino, and the President of ICT Group, Vittorio Di Tomaso.
