ANA Ready To Defend National Integrity In Difficult Situations, Radmanish

Kabul (BNA) Based on previous predictions of MoD, ministry of national defense has taken key measures in various sections as supplies, war management, intelligence technology and launching clearing operations against enemies since fall of 2016, followed by positive results. In a statement of the MoD quoting from deputy spokesman of the ministry Gen. Radmanish said, ministry of national defense could have addressed needs of ANA soldiers and officers as accommodation, clothes, arms, ammunitions and others in the past two months and now the ANA personnel were ready to defend the country. Meanwhile, national defense ministry has made effort to bring reforms in war management within ANA units since the beginning of summer 2016, the statement said. Based on plans which are about to complete, leading capabilities of platoons and brigades’ commanders and deputy commanders have been assessed and individuals eligible have been appointed as commanders and deputy commanders. The statement added that national defense ministry has been able to reduce IEDs threats by using of new technology and intelligence as MoD has now professional engineering teams currently operating in most ANA battalions in the country.
