Apple and Pear Show Held

Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- There took place a show of apples and pears produced at fruit farms across the country at the Food Festival House in Ryomyong Street on Tuesday. Presented to the show, divided into two groups, were apples and pears of different species produced at fruit farms in Kwail and Pukchong counties, the Kosan Combined Fruit Farm, the Taedonggang Combined Fruit Farm, Onchon, Samchon and Myonggan fruit farms, Toksong Apple Farm and other fruit farms. At the show, sweet taste, sour taste and juice of fruits were appreciated by judges selected from the public. -0-
