Assistant Foreign Minister holds meeting with UK International Ambassador for Human Rights

Manama, Dec. 8 (BNA): Assistant Foreign Minister, Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabur Al-Doseri, today held a virtual meeting with the United Kingdom’s International Ambassador for Human Rights, Rita French. During the meeting, the Assistant Foreign Minister praised the close friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly United Kingdom, highlighting the efforts and national human rights achievements made by the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing the Ambassador further success. The Ambassador expressed her great pride in the close relations between Bahrain and the UK, commending the relentless efforts of Bahrain and its clear and tangible role in the field of human rights, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity. A number of issues related to human rights and issues of common concern were also discussed in the meeting.
