Assistant foreign minister meets Romanian state secretary

Manama, Oct. 27 (BNA): Assistant Foreign Minister, Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabur Al Doseri, met in his office today at the Ministry’s General Court, the Secretary of State for Global Bilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, Monica Gheorghita. The Assistant Foreign Minister welcomed Monica Gheorghita, expressing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s pride in its friendship with Romania, which is developing in many fields. He also expressed his appreciation for Romania’s participation in Manama Dialogue 2018; an important platform to address key security issues and international foreign policies. He also affirmed the keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain to maintain its bilateral cooperation with Romania at all levels, for the common interest of the two countries and friendly peoples. Monica Gheorghita expressed her pleasure to have met the Assistant Foreign Minister, affirming the keenness of Romania to maintain its bilateral joint work with the Kingdom of Bahrain on many issues, for the common interest of the two countries. She also expressed her pleasure to attend Manama Dialogue, praising its high-level organization and the preparation for the most crucial topics. She also wished the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity. A number of regional and international issues of mutual concern were also discussed during the meeting. The meeting was in the presence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Romania, residing in the Federal Republic of Germany, Abdullah Abdullatif Abdulla, as well as the Third Secretary for Middle East and African Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania.
