Assistant Foreign Minister receives Egyptian Ambassador

Manama, May 19 (BNA): Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabur Al-Doseri, today received the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Yasser Shaaban. During the meeting, the Assistant Foreign Minister welcomed the Ambassador, stressing the depth of the solid brotherly relations between Bahrain and Egypt. He also reviewed the course of relations between the two brotherly countries and people, and their cooperation and joint coordination regarding various issues, lauding the efforts of Egypt in promoting Arab national security and peace in the region. The Egyptian Ambassador highlighted Egypt’s keenness to promote bilateral cooperation with Bahrain to serve the common interests, hailing the important pivotal role played by Bahrain in promoting security and stability in the region. He also wished the Kingdom further development.
