Association of Chinese Muslims

Beijing, July 01, 2009 (Khabar) - Congress of leaders of world and traditional religions cane be considered the main dialogue ground for advancing of peace and accord on the planet, says Mustafa Yan Chzhibo, deputy chairman of Association of Chinese Muslims. He says representatives of all confessions in China are interested in this congress. Association of Chinese Muslims was founded in 1953 and its main task is to help government to carry out policy of freedom of religion. China will be presented by Association of Buddhists and daosists and officials from the state department on religious affairs.

Mustafa Yan Chzhibo, deputy chairman of Association of Chinese Muslims:
- The congress that is held according to the initiative of Nursultan Nazarbayev, participants discuss issues of harmonic coexistence and dialogue of among religious confessions. I am sure, this meeting will play traditional important role in peace protection and help believers to understand each other better. I think Nursultan Nazarbayev is very wise politician and he understands role of religion in protection of stability in the region. That’s why he created such a ground for dialogue and exchange of opinions among representatives of various religions. Chinese Muslims respect very much the Kazakshtan leader and consider his role will play the positive role for future generations.
