BACA president participates in award distribution ceremony

Cairo, Nov. 27 (BNA): President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, has participated in the award distribution ceremony held by Takreem Initiative in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, in the presence of more than 800 audiences from around the globe. The lifetime career accomplishments award was granted this year to Egyptian actress Fatin Hamama, US businessman Bill Gates, (the late) Iraqi engineer Zohaa Hadeed, Jordan's Princess Ghaidaa Talal and media professional Laila Al-Shaikali. The previous six editions of the award were hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Beirut, Dubai, Paris, Doha and Marrakech.
