BACA President receives Ambassador to Russia

Manama, Feb. 2 (BNA): President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, today received the Bahraini Ambassador to Russia, Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati, with whom she discussed ways to enhance cultural cooperation between Bahrain and Russia. Shaikha Mai stressed the importance of the role played by Bahraini ambassadors in projecting the beautiful image of Bahrain to the world, particularly countries with which Bahrain enjoys solid relations, such as Russia. BACA President indicated that the two countries cooperated in the fields of music, art and museum shows over the past years. The ambassador expressed thanks to BACA President for her role in enriching the cultural movement in the kingdom, affirming his constant readiness to support BACA’s efforts to achieve its cultural strategy, and increase its presence in Russia.
