BACA President reviews cooperation with ambassador to Oman

Manama, Nov. 29 (BNA): Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA)'s President Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa received Bahraini Ambassador to Oman Dr. Juma'a bin Ahmed Al Kaabi. The two sides discussed ways to enhance cultural relations between the two countries. Shaikha Mai stressed that the two countries enjoy strong relations at various levels, noting the importance of cultural work in building bridges of civilizational communication, strengthening the national identity and introducing the region's ancient cultural components. She praised Omani presence in the cultural events in the Kingdom, appreciating its continuous participation in many annual cultural seasons. The ambassador valued BACA’s efforts to strengthen Bahraini-Omani ties, stressing that the authority’s projects have contributed to strengthening these ties. Dr. Al Kaabi expressed his constant readiness to work and cooperate with BACA to achieve Joint cultural projects between the two sides.
