Bahá'ís' Principal Representative to UN lauds Bahrain's support for interfaith dialogue, coexistence

Manama, Nov. 7 (BNA): The Bahá'í worship centre has organised a gathering of people from different faiths on the occasion of the visit of the Principal Representative of the Bahá'í International Community to the UN, Ms. Bani Dugal, to the kingdom, where she participated in the " Bahrain Dialogue Forum: East and West for Human Co-existence". During the gathering, Hanan Abdulaziz delivered a speech on behalf of the Spiritual Assembly of Bahrain, in which she welcomed Bani Dugal, and highlighted the kingdom's diversity and coexistence. While addressing the gathering, Bani Dugal commended the tremendous efforts exerted by the kingdom, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, to support interfaith dialogue, unity and cooperation among people, stressing that dialogue is essential to the progress and prosperity of the whole world.
