Baha'i Social Society praises royal directives to combat coronavirus

Manama, Apr. 5 (BNA): The Baha’i Social Society praised the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, to combat coronavirus (COVID-19). It stressed that those directives reaffirmed the one-family spirit in facing any challenge. It also lauded the measures taken by the government, the diligent work of the medical staff and the efforts made in backing the national efforts to combat COVID-19. The Baha’i Social Society said in a statement today that the exponential health crisis is being faced everywhere, pointing out its unprecedented impact on all aspects of life. It added the crisis has woken up the human society to the need to unify efforts and attain more maturity and solidarity in terms of union as the only way to solve the crisis. It voiced hope the dedicated efforts made by individuals, institutions and the Bahraini society will help overcome the challenge through unity and cohesion.
