Bahrain’s Ambassador attends launch of Egypt’s National Human Rights Strategy

Manama, Sep. 11 (BNA): Bahrain’s Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Hisham bin Mohammed Al-Jowder participated today in the launch of the first national strategy for human rights by President Egypt, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi The strategy includes the main aspects of the State’s comprehensive concept of human rights, supporting Egypt’s national development efforts that consolidate the principles of establishing the New Republic and achieving the goals of Egypt Vision 2030. The ambassador praised Egypt’s efforts, led by President El-Sisi to promote economic fields, civil rights, women’s rights and education, in light of the national strategy launched today. He said that the five-year roadmap represents an important step for the promotion and protection of human rights, praising Egypt’s efforts to promote and protect human rights.
