Bahrain’s Ambassador to Russia meets ROSATOM Deputy Director General

Moscow, Nov.25(BNA): The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation, Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati, met today with the Deputy Director General of the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation (ROSATOM), Nikolay Spassky. During the meeting, the Ambassador praised friendly relations between Bahrain and Russia in all areas, stressing the keenness of the Kingdom to further develop these relations in a way that meets the interests of the two friendly countries and people. For his part, Spassky hailed the distinguished course of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries. He also reviewed projects of the 75 years old Corporation in the fields of electric energy production, and medical and agricultural uses, expressing his wishes to promote cooperation relations with Bahrain within the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed between ROSATOM and the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2008 in Moscow.
