Bahrain’s support to Palestinians’ inalienable rights stressed

Manama, May 26 (BNA): Al-Mithaq Parliamentary Bloc has today welcomed the “Peace to Prosperity” economic workshop, which will be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain in June, in partnership with the United States of America. “The workshop aims to encourage investment in the Palestinian territories and spur growth in a first step to achieve the Palestinian’s aspiration to establish an independent and prosperous state”, it said. It reiterate the unwavering stance of the Kingdom of Bahrain, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and the Government, in support of the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights to establish their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital. In a statement today, it commended the efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to support the planned workshop which would benefit the Palestinian people and contribute to spurring growth and development their economy and investment. Al-Mithaq Parliamentary Bloc affirmed the Bahraini people’s steadfast support to the Palestinians’ right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.
