Bahrain Ambassador to India attends Afghani President’s inauguration

Kabul, Mar. 12 (BNA): Delegated by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Bahraini Ambassador to India, Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al-Qaoud, attended the inauguration ceremony of Afghani President, Ashraf Ghani, held at the Presidential Palace here on March 09. The ambassador conveyed the congratulations and greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, to Afghanistan’s President on his re-election for a second term, wishing him success in his duties. Ambassador Al Qaoud also met Chief justice and chairman of Afghanistan’s Supreme Court, Sayed Yousuf Halim, and a number of senior judges and officials, with whom he discussed aspects of bilateral cooperation, especially in the areas of communications and air transport, as well as banking and financial sector.
