Bahrain ambassador participates in former Egyptian President’s funeral

Cairo, Feb. 27 (BNA): Bahraini Ambassador – Designate to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Hesham bin Mohammed Al Jowder, participated in the military funeral for former Egyptian President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak. The ambassador expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased and to the government and people of Egypt. He recalled the leading role of the late president in strengthening the historical relationship between Bahrain and Egypt, affirming the Kingdom’s keenness to continue supporting bilateral relations for the benefit of the two countries and peoples.
