Bahrain Ambassador to UK participates in Abraham Accords second anniversary celebration

London, Oct. 10 (BNA): Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom, Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, participated in the reception held in the United Kingdom to celebrate the second anniversary of signing the Abraham Accords, with the participation of the embassies of the United Arab Emirates, the State of Israel, and the United States of America. Ambassador Shaikh Fawaz delivered a speech in which he highlighted the ongoing positive impacts of the Abraham Accords, which reflects the importance of cooperation, and confirms the great potential of the people of the Middle East. He also noted that Bahrain has expanded its bilateral cooperation with Israel in various fields to seize the positive opportunities offered by the agreements, adding that the Kingdom is working through the Negev Forum to deepen multilateral relations and make true gains for all the people of the region. The ceremony was attended by members of the House of Commons and Lords, senior British government officials, diplomats and businessmen, in addition to a number of members of Jewish families from Bahrain.
