Bahrain, China review sports cooperation

Manama, May 27 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain Basketball Association, received the Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain Anwaer. The meeting covered cooperation between Bahrain and China in sports, mainly basketball. HH Shaikh Isa lauded the advanced level of basketball in China and wished the country success in hosting the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup on August 31-September 15. The ambassador praised the steady advances of sports in Bahrain and the Kingdom's athletic achievements, mainly in basketball.
