Bahrain condemns Houthi militia’s launch of ballistic missiles towards Saudi Arabia

Manama, July 28 (BNA): Bahrain condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s continued launch of ballistic missiles and drones targeting civilian areas and facilities in Saudi Arabia. Foreign Affairs Ministry strongly condemned their launch today of four ballistic missiles and two (booby-trapped) drones towards Jazan, in a systematic and deliberate terrorist act that contravenes the principles of international humanitarian law. The ministry affirmed solidarity with Saudi Arabia in all the measures it takes to ensure the security and safety of its territories, citizens and residents, commending the vigilance and readiness of the Coalition Defense Forces to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, which managed to intercept and destroy the ballistic missiles and drones. It called on the international community to condemn these cowardly terrorist acts that violate international norms and laws.
