Bahrain condemns Houthis’ terrorist drone attack

Manama, Sep. 2 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain condemned the launch of a (booby-trapped) drone towards the city of Khamis Mushait in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by the terrorist Houthi militia. The Foreign Ministry denounced the a vicious terrorist act that reflects clear and adamant insistence on violating the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s territory and targeting civilians. In a statement today, the ministry praises the vigilance and readiness of the Saudi air defense forces, which managed to intercept and destroy the drone. It affirmed Bahrain’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in the measures it takes to protect its security and stability and the safety of its citizens and residents, urging the international community to condemn such terrorist attacks that aim to destabilize regional security and stability.
