Bahrain condemns North Korea missile launch

Manama, Mar. 7(BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs today condemned the North Korean ballistic missile launches. The ministry said that this "provocative action" constitutes a new violation of the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council and poses a direct threat to the international peace and security. The ministry stressed the importance for North Korea to comply with all UN Security Council resolutions and cooperate with the international community's efforts and measures to strengthen peace. The Ministry reiterated the need for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) oversight on all nuclear programs and activities across the world.
