Bahrain condemns North Sinai terrorist bombing

Manama, Apr. 9 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned the terrorist bombing that took place today in the Sheikh Zuweid market of North Sinai Governorate, Arab Republic of Egypt, which claimed lives of a number of people and injured others. The Ministry affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s support alongside the Arab Republic of Egypt in its efforts to combat all forms of violence and terrorism, and its solidarity in all measures taken to deter those attempting to undermine its security and stability. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its sincere condolences to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured. The Ministry also affirmed the unequivocal position of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which rejects all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, calling for concerted efforts to eliminate terrorism and all those who support or fund it.
