Bahrain condemns shooting in Jordan

Manama, Dec. 18 (BNA): Bahrain has condemned “in the strongest terms the shooting that targeted police patrols in Karak in the brotherly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, killing a number of public security members and injuring others.” The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed in a statement "its heartfelt condolences to the families and relatives of the martyrs and its wishes of speedy recovery to those injured in this terrorist act, affirming the Kingdom of Bahrain’s solidarity with Jordan in confronting terrorism whatever its motives or sources and its support to the measures it takes to reinforce security and peace,." “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates Bahrain's rejection of terrorism under all its forms and calls for common action, close international cooperation and concerted efforts to uproot all terrorist groups that jeopardize world security and peace,” the statement said.
