Bahrain condemns terror attack on Bani Jaber Camp

Manama, Oct. 6 (BNA): Bahrain has condemned the terrorist attack by the coup militias in Yemen against a camp in Al-Khoukha’s Bani Jaber of Hodeida belonging to the King Salman Centre for Humanitarian Aid and Relief, causing the death of a woman and the injury of a large number of displaced people living there, including children. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that these recurrent terrorist acts and horrific humanitarian crimes are flagrant violations of the principles of human rights and international humanitarian law. “Whilst commending the noble humanitarian role of the King Salman Centre for Humanitarian Aid and Relief, the ministry calls on the United Nations and international community to confront the Iranian-backed Houthi militias’ crimes and attacks against the safe displacement camps so the King Salman Centre could play its role in alleviating the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people,” the ministry said.
