Bahrain condemns terrorist bombing in Logar Province, Afghanistan

Manama, May 2 (BNA): Bahrain has condemned the terrorist car bomb attack that took place in the city of Puli Alam in Logar Province, eastern Afghanistan, which killed and injured dozens of civilians. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its deepest condolences to the families of the victims, the government and friendly Afghan people, and its wishes for a speedy recovery for all those injured from this heinous terrorist act, which contradicts all humanitarian and moral principles. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also extended Bahrain's solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, calling on the international community to intensify international efforts to eliminate terrorism and its extremist organisations.
