Bahrain, Egypt discuss tourism cooperation

Manama, Dec. 30 (BNA): CEO of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, today discussed with Egypt’s Ambassador to Bahrain, Suha Ibrahim Rifaat, ways to promote bilateral relations and cooperation, chiefly in tourism sector. Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud reviewed the BTEA’s strategy to develop the local tourism sector under the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030, stressing the significance of boosting tourism cooperation in the interest of the national economy. The Egyptian Ambassador highlighted readiness to enhance cooperation and to continue exploring initiatives supportive to Bahrain’s tourism sector.
