Bahrain to host vocational safety conference

Manama, Mar. 15 (BNA): Jameel Mohammed Humaidan, Minister of Labour and Social Development and Chairman of Vocational Safety and Health Council, today met Bahrain National Gas Company (Bangas) CEO Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa. Shaikh Mohammed informed the minister about the company's administrative, technical and organisational preparations for the Regional Conference on Vocational Safety and Health to be hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the patronage of Oil Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa on April 18-20. The event will bring together experts and officials concerned with vocational safety from Bahrain, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Arab and Asian countries.
