Bahrain-India cooperation praised

Manama, Apr. 23 (BNA): Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza has received the Ambassador of India to Bahrain, Alok Kumar Sinha. The minister welcomed the ambassador praising the bilateral cooperation in all fields, especially in the fields of electricity, water and renewable energy. The minister cited the development of the amicable bilateral ties particularly following the auspicious visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the Republic of India and His Majesty's directives to bolster the economic and trade cooperation ties. The ambassador expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the minister for his welcoming reception affirming his country's readiness to boost the current cooperation in the sector of electricity and water to serve the interests of both countries.
