Bahrain-Japan ties praised

Tokyo, Dec. 13 (BNA): Assistant Minister and Director-General for the Middle Eastern and African Affairs Bureau in the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hiroshi Oka, has received Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Japan, Ahmed Mohammed Al-Dosary. Ambassador Oka expressed Japan's pride in the distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries, stressing his country's keenness to enhance joint cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain and promote it at all levels to achieve the common interests of the two friendly countries and peoples. He also congratulated the Kingdom of Bahrain on the success of the parliamentary and municipal elections with a huge turnout, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity. The Bahraini ambassador commended the friendly relations between the two countries, and their distinguished development in various fields. He also stressed the interest of the Kingdom of Bahrain to expand these relations for the benefit of both countries and peoples.
