Bahrain, Korea sign military cooperation agreement

Manama, Sept. 15 (BNA): Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) and Republic of Korea's Ministry of National Defence have signed a memorandum of Understanding to strengthen bilateral military relations. The MoU was co-signed by BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and Korea's Ambassador to Bahrain Chung Hae Kwan. The commander-in-chief lauded the deep ties between the two countries and their regular progress, especially in the military field. The meeting addressed matters of shared interest.
