Bahrain leadership exchanges greetings with Islamic leaders

Manama, Oct. 1 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa exchanged cables of good wishes on the advent of the new Hijri year 1438 with the GCC leaders, wishing them abundant good health and happiness and many happy returns of the occasion to their countries. HM the King exchanged the congratulatory cables with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, the UAE President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman and Qatari Amir Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. HM the King also exchanged cables of congratulations with leaders of Arab and Islamic countries. He wished them abundant health and happiness and their peoples further progress and prosperity, wishing the Arab and Islamic nations many happy returns. His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier also exchanged cables of good wishes with the GCC leaders as well as leaders of the Arab and Islamic nations.
