Bahrain offers condolences to Iraq over Duhok victims

Manama, July 25 (BNA): Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, today visited the Embassy of the brotherly Republic of Iraq in the Kingdom of Bahrain, to offer condolences over the tragic loss of life in the attack on a tourist resort in Duhok Governorate in the Kurdistan Region of northern Iraq. He was welcomed by the Chargé d'Affairs of the Iraqi Embassy in Manama, Muayad Omar Abdulrahman. The Undersecretary for Political Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s condolences and sympathy to the government and the brotherly Iraqi people, and to the families of the innocent victims, stressing the Kingdom’s strong condemnation of the attack, and its wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured, as well as for further security and stability to Iraq.
