HH Shaikh Faisal, who was making a visit to Oman where he held talks with Mohammed bin Salim bin Said Al Toobi, Minister of Environment and Climate Affairs, said that the meeting was part of the cooperation, exchange of information and expertise in the environment between the two countries. It is also part of the shared plans to boost efforts to protect the environment and natural resources, he added. The meeting also covered ways to hold workshops and forums related to protecting the environment, learning about natural reserves, boosting awareness programmes and consolidating joint action to implement United Nations sustainable development goals.
