Bahrain, Pakistan exchange labor expertise

Manama, Sept. 13 (BNA): Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Chief Executive Officer Noof Abdulrahman Jamsheer received Pakistani Ambassador to Bahrain Muhammad Ayub. The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise in the labor sector. Jamsheer briefed the Pakistani ambassador on the various aspects of the labor market reform project and the initiatives launched by the authority within the framework of maintaining a stable and balanced work environment to achieve growth in the labor market. She praised the cooperation with government agencies regarding expatriate workers, stressed the importance of labor-exporting countries and urged them to abide by the labor market regulations. Ayoub praised the Kingdom's care for all expatriate workers and its keenness to preserve their gains and rights in the labor market.
