Bahrain to participate in WPL Summit

Manama, June 21 (BNA): A parliamentary delegation, headed by Representatives Council Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, will leave tomorrow for Tokyo, Japan, to take part in the World Political Leaders (WPL) Summit. The delegation will participate in the forum’s general sessions and panel discussions which will cast light on many issues pertaining mainly to the role of women in development. The delegation comprises Head of the Representatives Council’s Woman and Child Committee MP Fatima Abbas and MPs Dr. Sawsan Kamal and Kalthoum Al Haiki.
