Bahrain participates in Arab counterterrorism meeting

Tunis, Sept. 3 (BNA): Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training Affairs, Brigadier Mohammed Abdullah Al Haram, has chaired the Bahrain delegation in a meeting to document Arab counterterrorism experiences. Held at the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers Council in Tunisia, the meeting reviewed the counterterrorism efforts of the Arab League., in addition to the challenges in new terrorism financing channels and fighting the use of digital currencies and the activities of terrorist organisations. The meeting discussed Arab countries’ efforts to fight terrorism and extremism.
