Bahrain participates in development of Parliamentary systems forum

Moscow, June 30 (BNA): Speaker Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, headed the delegation of the House of Representatives to participate in the second international development of Parliamentary systems forum. The forum is organized by State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in Moscow on July 1-3. The delegation will participate in the plenary sessions of the Forum, which will discuss the role of parliaments in strengthening international security; the legislators' dialogue for peace and stability, the enactment of laws and the legal framework for the digital future: challenges and solutions; and parliamentary cooperation: principles, trends and institutions, best enactment practices of national legislation. The delegation will also participate in the roundtables discussions on the role of legal regulation in reducing poverty and inequality, the youth role in the development of the parliamentary system: experience and priorities, international law, the role of youth in the development of the parliamentary system, Humanitarian cooperation: the role of parliaments and international parliamentary institutions.
