Bahrain participates in OIC meeting

Istanbul, Nov. 23 (BNA): A Bahraini delegation took part in the 32nd session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC) held under the title (Developing Islamic Finance Strategies in the OIC Member Countries) on 21-22 November 2016 in Istanbul, Turkey. Bahrain's Ambassador to Turkey Dr. Ibrahim Al-Abdullah, in his speech, said the OIC countries need to achieve their joint interests based on modern principles in the framework of a sustainable strategy to focus on mutual investments in every member state, which requires upgrading the private sector activities and constantly holding joint productive activities. He noted the significance of funding the development process,
