Bahrain, Saudi Arabia agree on intensifying joint coordination

Manama, Oct. 20 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, held a telephone call with his Saudi counterpart, Adel bin Ahmed Al Jubeir. The two sides agreed on intensifying joint coordination between the two countries at all levels and on various issues of common concern. Shaikh Khalid affirmed Bahrain’s steadfast position, which fully supports Saudi Arabia in all its positions and conditions against those who attempt to undermine or violate them in any way. He also noted Saudi Arabia’s vital strategic role in maintaining regional and international stability and prosperity. The Saudi minister expressed his appreciation for Bahrain’s support which reflects the close brotherly relations between the two countries at all levels.
