Bahrain, Saudi Arabia review joint social development

Manama, Aug. 23 (BNA): Social Development Minister Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al Asfoor met Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources and Social Development Minister Ahmad bin Sulaiman AlRajhi during his visit to Saudi Arabia. The two sides reviewed the bilateral social development skills. This visit came within the framework of enhancing bilateral prospects, reviewing Saudi Arabia's prominent social experiences, strengthening social development relations, and exchanging experiences and expertise in the most prominent programs and projects related to the field. The minister affirmed the depth of the historical Bahraini-Saudi, in light of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s support and Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to continue the progress of bilateral relations and strengthen cooperation in various fields. The delegation presented the most prominent projects and initiatives within the framework of the comprehensive development process led by HM the King in providing integrated social protection, supporting families, and empowering people with special needs in society. They also presented topics related to supporting civil society organizations and strengthening social partnerships to achieve sustainable development in Bahrain.
