Bahrain-Turkmenistan ties hailed

Manama, Mar. 18 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, met Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Raşit Meredov, on the sidelines of the official visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to Turkmenistan. Shaikh Khalid expressed that the people of Bahrain value the warm hospitality that His Majesty King Hamad Al Khalifa, and his accompanying delegation, received during their visit to Turkmenistan. He added that this visit reflects the development of relations between Bahrain and Turkmenistan, and that it would bolster the relations between the two countries at all levels, for the common interests of both sides and their peoples, in light of the positive outcomes and the agreements that have been signed. The minister affirmed the keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain to continue joint coordination between the two countries for their mutual benefits and for the establishment of peace and security across the globe. Meredov hailed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, which are constantly developing at all levels. He also affirmed the keenness of Turkmenistan to enhance its relations with and invest all opportunities for further cooperation between the two countries. He also praised the role played by the Kingdom of Bahrain in establishing peace and security in the region, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
