Bahrain, UAE discuss online health cooperation

Manama, May 12 (BNA): Ambassador to Bahrain has praised Bahrain's endeavors in fighting the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Shaikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan highlighted especially the performance of the health sector and the efforts of the Bahraini medical team in tackling the pandemic and congratulated Bahrain on the international praise it earned thanks to the impressive success stories and to the high standards of health, treatment and preventive services provided to citizens and residents. The ambassador stressed Bahrain's outstanding experiences during a telephone call with Health Minister Faeqa bint Saeed Al Saleh. The minister and the ambassador lauded the strong bonds between Bahrain and the UAE at all levels and reviewed ways to reinforce health cooperation and benefit from successful experiences in treating and curing patients by holding virtual workshops.
