Bahrain, US military cooperation discussed

Manama, July 12 (BNA): BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received General Kenneth F. McKenzie, the Commander of the United States Central Command and his accompanying delegation. Defense Affairs Minister Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, BDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Theyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, and a number of BDF senior officers, were present. The Commander-in-Chief praised the depth of the close and historic relations between Bahrain and the US, discussed ways of enhancing cooperation witnessed at the military level.
