Bahraini-British relations commended

Manama, Apr. 1 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal today received British Ambassador to Bahrain, Simon Martin, and discussed boosting cooperation. The Speaker praised the longstanding Bahraini-British relations, highlighting Bahrain’s keenness to further promote them and broadening cooperation in the interest of the two kingdoms and their peoples. The British Ambassador lauded the distinctive bilateral relations and cooperation, noting the development seen by Bahrain under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He paid tribute to the Representatives' role in supporting the Bahraini youth to create a conscious generation to contribute to the national development march.
