Bahraini delegation to take part in international conference

Manama, Mar. 10 (BNA): A Bahraini delegation, led by Deputy Chairman of the High Council for Islamic Affairs Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa, left for Egypt today to take part in the 27th General Conference of the Egyptian Endowments Ministry’s High Council for Islamic Affairs on the role of leaders and decision makers on promoting the culture of peace and confronting terrorism and challenges. The two-day conference will kick off Tomorrow (March 11) in Cairo under the patronage of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi. It will spotlight main issues like contemporary challenges and ways of confronting them. It will also shed light on the role of political, religious, parliamentary, media and academic leaders in fostering the culture of peace, raising awareness of the youth and confronting extremism and terrorism.
