Bahraini-German relations discussed

Manama, Sept. 16 (BNA): Advisor to His Majesty the King for Diplomatic Affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa received in his office at Gudaibiyah Palace today German Ambassador to Bahrain Kai Thamo Boeckmann. The German ambassador praised the kingdom’s signing of the Declaration in Support of Peace with Israel, describing it as a historic strategic step that will further promote the efforts of achieving security, stability and prosperity in the region. Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa expressed thanks to the German ambassador, commending the stances of Germany in supporting the Kingdom of Bahrain. He also lauded the efforts of the German ambassador to achieve the goals of the two friendly countries in broadening prospects of bilateral cooperation in various fields and bolstering growing friendly relations.
